本作は、その彼が参加した2枚のアルバムから貴重な音源を収録した作品。一枚は名門「Riverside」に残した1957年のアイネスジョーンズのリーダー作から2曲を除いて10曲を収録。もう一枚は、オスカームーアの1965年録音のリーダー作「We'll Remember You, Nat」からの10曲と、未収録の2曲「Beautiful Moons Ago」「The Christmas Song Oscar Moore」が追加収録されている。暖かみのあるトーン、とろけるようなスウィート・サウンドとスウィンギーなフレージングでギターファンは絶対的必聴。
