本作は、1978年パヴィヨン・ド・パリでのコンサートの模様を中心に収録したライブ録音作品。彼らの代表的名曲「Exodus」「Stir It Up」「Concrete Jungle」「Lively Up Yourself」等、ズラリ収録された傑作ライブ盤。
