日本でも人気の高い現代最高峰のスウェーデン出身のクラシックギター奏者イェランセルシェル。名門レーベルのドイツ・グラモフォンに残した1987年作品。「ギターのベートーヴェン」とも呼ばれるスペインの作曲家フェルナンドソルの幻想曲集。代表作である「モーツァルトの魔笛の主題による変奏曲収録。
流石はドイツ・グラモフォンだけあって優秀録音の素晴らしい高音質盤。
